Most of our Seggiano honeys are produced by the bees of Mauro Pagliaccia.
Mauro is an impassioned beekeeper with some five hundred hives.The careful husbandry of his bee families, cold extraction of their honey and Mauro’s personal pride in its excellence ensure natural, unfiltered honeys of rare quality.

We also stock some special honey productions from our Sicilian beekeeping friends, Michele Olivo and sons. Michele’s family has bred bees and harvested their honey in the Iblea Mountains of eastern Sicily for six generations. They supply us with wild thyme honey and occasionally carob honey.
