Seggiano pasta is made by the Baldini family business, using local certified organic, high density durum wheat from the unspoilt Orcia Valley in southern Tuscany. The Baldinis are justly proud of their pasta and attribute the quality of its texture and flavour to the superior high protein organic wheat that they use, bronze extrusion of the pasta and its slow drying at low temperature. morE>
