These organic stone milled extra virgin oils, which combine some local flavours of Puglia, are intended as condiments to dress raw or cooked foods. Their flavour and influence is mainly carried in their perfume and they add a wonderful subtlety to dishes.
Unlike most flavoured oils made with added extracts, the olives and fresh fruit in these oils are stone milled together.
With the natural perfume and flavour of lemons and mandarins, they make delicious dressings for raw and cooked vegetables or sea food and are great as dipping oils.
The DeCarlos make these infused oils by immersing organic fresh chillis and new season organic garlic in their stone milled organic extra virgin olive oil to marry their flavours.
