THE CASSETTA
The casetta is an independent building about 15 metres distant
from the main house, with its entrance and own private covered
patio area overlooking the olive grove and facing away from
the main house towards the mountain. It’s an ideal
honeymoon cottage. The construction is a simple ground floor
living space including kitchen area, open fireplace, dining
and sitting area with doors opening onto the olive grove
beyond the covered porch. The kitchen includes fridge, oven,
hob and all necessary cooking utensils plus washing machine.
A spiral staircase leads up to the first floor bedroom (one
double and one single bed) plus en suite shower room (shower,
wc, bidet & washbasin). The views are wonderful.
The space is centrally heated and accommodates a couple
comfortably with the possibility of an extra person in the
single supplementary bed. Iron and hairdryer and cotton
linens are provided, though we would ask you to bring your
own beach / pool towels for swimming, in addition to washing
dirty linens as you take clean ones. Firewood can be provided
for the woodburning stove.
Prices are quoted in sterling, inclusive of utility costs
and for a minimum booking period of one week.
